Currently we only offer shipping around Australia and to New Zealand.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service at this time. Our operations involve large machinery and for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate public access to our facility.

For customised stickers our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for designs is 50 pieces.
This requirement ensures efficient production and allows us to offer competitive pricing for our customers. By meeting the MOQ, you can take advantage of our high-quality products while benefiting from cost savings.

Selecting express post for your sticker order will expedite the delivery process. Express post is designed to significantly reduce the shipping time compared to standard shipping options. However, it's important to note that the production time for your stickers remains the same. The express post only affects the speed of delivery after your stickers have been produced.
Tracking your order is simple and convenient. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order in the following way:
- Visit the Australia Post website.
- Navigate to the âTrackâ section.
- Enter your tracking number in the provided field.
- Click on âTrackâ to view the status of your order.
Youâll be able to see information like the expected delivery date, if there are any delivery delays, and where your order is currently located. Please note that the tracking status may not change for a while as it includes a number of steps. For example, âitâs on its wayâ means your parcel has been posted by the sender, processed by us, and is moving through our sorting facilities.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please donât hesitate to contact us.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. The delivery time depends on the type of shipping you choose:
- Regular Tracked Shipping: This is our standard delivery option. It typically takes between 2 to 6 business days within Australia. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the specific location within Australia.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we recommend choosing our Express Shipping option. Express deliveries usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days in most locations. However, in some circumstances, it can take up to 5 business days.
- For orders being shipped to New Zealand, the delivery time can vary. Typically, it takes between 2 to 6 days for parcels to be delivered from Australia to New Zealand.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

At StickerFlex, we understand that the quality of the materials and equipment used can make a big difference in the final product. That's why we only use the best industry-standard materials and equipment in our production process.
We only use premium high-quality "branded" materials that are commonly used in professional signage. These materials have been carefully selected for their durability, vibrant colors, and ability to withstand the elements, so you can be confident that your stickers will look great for years to come.
Similarly, we use professional-grade high-end equipment for printing and cutting our stickers. These machines are designed to produce accurate and precise cuts and prints, ensuring that your stickers have clean edges and vibrant colors. This advanced technology helps us produce high-quality stickers that are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
In addition, our team is highly trained and experienced in operating and maintaining this equipment. This ensures consistent high-quality stickers and that they are produced with efficiency and speed.
At StickerFlex, you can be confident that you're getting the highest-quality stickers made with the best materials and equipment in the industry.
Currently we not offer custom design services. We focus on providing high-quality sticker production based on designs you provide.
Yes, if we identify any major issues with your design that could affect the print quality, we will reach out to you for clarification or request an updated file.
Vector images are created using mathematical equations, allowing them to be scaled up or down without losing quality. They are ideal for sticker printing, especially for designs that require precise details or resizing. Raster images, made of pixels, can lose clarity when scaled, so they need to be created at the exact size and high resolution (preferably 300 DPI) for the intended sticker. While both can be used, vector images are typically preferred for their scalability and sharpness in print.
At StickerFlex, your stickers will be cut with a high level of precision, maintaining a tolerance of up to 1mm. This means that while we aim for utmost accuracy, there can be a slight variation of up to 1mm from your specified design. This tolerance level is a balance between the inherent behavior of sticker materials, the capabilities of cutting technology, design complexities, and the nuances of bulk production. Our process ensures that your stickers are of high quality and closely match your design, with a slight allowance for these technical and material considerations.
No, we do not adjust the colors in your design. We believe in maintaining the integrity and originality of your artwork. To ensure the final product matches your vision, please provide the design with the correct colors before submission.

ARTWORK PREPERATION
The choice to add a cutline to your design is entirely up to you. A cutline can help define the exact shape of your sticker. But donât worry if you choose not to include one! In that case, weâll add a white border around your artwork to ensure none of your design gets cut off during production. If you prefer a full-color edge instead of a white one, just make sure all your important information is within the safe area.
The âsafe areaâ is a term used to describe the area of your artwork where all important text and images should be placed. This is to ensure that no crucial elements of your design are at risk of being cut off during the production process. The safe area is typically situated 3mm in from the trim line on all edges of your artwork. This means that all important elements should be positioned at least 3mm away from the edge of the sticker. The reason for this is that there can be slight variations in the exact position where the stickers are cut during production. By keeping all important elements within the safe area, you can ensure that nothing important will be accidentally cut off.
If you decide to create your own custom cutline, please mention this when you place your order. Regardless of whether you add a cutline or not, weâre committed to making sure your stickers look exactly how you want them to!
We accept the following file formats for your custom sticker designs:
- JPEG/JPG
- PNG
- EPS
- PSD
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- SVG
These formats ensure we can provide the best quality for your custom stickers. If you have any questions or need assistance with your design, donât hesitate to contact us. Weâre here to help!
Thatâs a fantastic question! When youâre getting your artwork ready for printing, the colour mode you select can have a big impact. Hereâs a simple breakdown of the two options:
- RGB (Red, Green, Blue): This colour mode is primarily used for digital displays, like your computer or TV screen. Itâs a bit like mixing coloured lights - the more you add, the closer you get to white light. But hereâs the thing: while RGB is perfect for screens, it doesnât work as well for print. The bright colours you see on your screen might end up looking dull and not quite right when printed.
- CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key/Black): This is the preferred colour mode for printing. Itâs a bit like mixing paint - the more colours you add, the closer you get to black. CMYK is designed to give accurate and consistent colours in print. So, even though it might not look quite right on your screen, you can trust that it will look good when printed.
In short, if youâre preparing artwork for custom stickers, itâs best to go with CMYK. This will ensure that the colours of your stickers match your original design as closely as possible. If youâre still unsure or need help with your design, donât hesitate to reach out to us. Weâre here to help!
For the best quality printing, we recommend that your sticker designs be at a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures that your design will be clear and sharp when printed.
Designs with a resolution lower than 300 DPI may result in a print that's blurry or pixelated. We strongly advise using high-resolution images to achieve the best quality stickers.
